These wooden cooking chopsticks are extra long and thick, perfect for cooking stir fries, flipping tofu and making the perfect scrambled eggs. Use them in any manner of wok, pan or pot. Each piece of wood is carefully selected for the straightest grain. At the square end, they are about 3/8″ thick. The pointy ends are rounded to about 3/16″ diameter, making them sturdy and easy to handle, but still thin enough for delicate work.
I offer three sizes:
12″ long: can almost double as large chopsticks for eating
14″ long: great for general purpose cooking
16″ long: for large woks and high heat cooking
